Join the Black Health Network and Theatre Roscius for a wellness mixer focused on healing and somatic movement. The event will feature a silent walking meditation, light movement, and networking. Free and metered street parking is available. Light bites will be served. Consider wearing loose-fitting clothing like yoga pants, and feel free to bring a yoga mat or small cushion for additional comfort.
