California Black Women’s Health Project, UC Davis Office of Health, Diversity and Inlcusion, and Milk Research Lab are hosting a discussion with Dr. Monica McLemore, PhD, MPH, RN on the potential for reparations for Black people in California.
This conversation will delve into the intersection of reparations and maternal health, exploring how appropriate reparations for Black women could improve Black maternal health outcomes in the state. It is open to students, birth workers, families, community members, faculty, clinicians, and reproductive health equity stakeholders.
