About Dana Jones
Dana Jones is a certified personal trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals, and she believes that everyone can achieve their dreams with the right guidance and support. Dana is a graduate of Bloomfield College in New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. She also holds a master's degree in Criminology from Florida State University. Dana's fitness career began as a bodybuilder, and she later went on to become a college athlete, athletic trainer, and fitness trainer. She is currently certified by the International Triathlon Coaching Association (ITCA) and the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) in Personal Fitness Training. She also holds several other certifications, including Mind-Body Fitness Coach, Kettlebell, Corporate Wellness, Sports Injury Specialist and P90X. Dana is a highly motivated and results-oriented coach, and she is dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential. She is also a great listener and communicator, and she is able to tailor her approach to each individual client's needs. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, playing softball, and triathlons.
